This policy describes how SIA Merhels Tax Partners, Reg. No. 40203750017, Republikas laukums 3-124, Riga, LV-1010 (the data controller) processes personal data collected through this website.

Enquiry forms

When you submit a request for proposal or a call request, we collect the details you provide (name, company, email, phone, transaction details, message). We use them solely to respond to your enquiry and prepare a proposal. Submissions are stored securely on Cloudflare infrastructure in the European Union and forwarded to the responsible partner by email. We keep enquiry data for up to 2 years, or longer where an engagement follows.

Cookies and analytics

This site sets one functional cookie (your language preference) and uses Cloudflare Web Analytics, which is cookie-free and does not track you across sites. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies, which is why you see no cookie banner.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you may request access to, correction or deletion of your personal data, or object to its processing, by writing to info@merhels.lv. You may also lodge a complaint with the Latvian Data State Inspectorate (dvi.gov.lv).
